Just 2 minutes walk from the paved square of Agia Paraskevi, there is a very beautiful and quiet house of 55 sqm. amidst the plane trees and chestnut trees with views of the Aegean Sea and the square. It is built in 2022 and with new construction. It has a large room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, as well as 2 built-in sofas that also function as single beds. There are windows all around and you feel like you are living in the greenery.
It has cable TV (COSMOTE TV) with a 43'' screen and warm and well decorated corners. The kitchen is of excellent functionality, with branded appliances and equipped with all new utensils for the preparation of meals. The bathroom is of very beautiful aesthetics with oak and iroko wood details. The bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the greenery. The stone-built garden has built-in sofas for moments of relaxation and seclusion.

Our stay at Pelion7Lives was an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect! The host was excellent and very considerate! The house is located right in the middle of "paradise", quiet and peaceful, but at the same time two minutes walk from the main square with the huge plane tree and all the shops in the area! We had the pleasure of staying in a lovely, new cottage, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, very clean and welcoming, in a wonderful place. Surrounded by two large terraces, it offers unlimited views of the mountains and the sea! We enjoyed every moment and highly recommended!!!!
We booked this particular accommodation for the three days of the Holy Spirit where we held our daughter's baptism in Tsagarada and we were looking for an accommodation that could accommodate us and the people who would come for the preparation.It is in an excellent location,2 minutes walk via a path from the largest square in the area.Surrounded by trees in a tranquil setting with a unique view on a lovely terrace that can accommodate many people.The interior of the house is lovely just as in the photos,with books and board games to keep you or your children occupied indoors.The cooperation and service from Mr.Thodoris was excellent.He was there for whatever we needed.We will definitely prefer it on our next trip to the area,as it is a favourite destination for us.
Arriving at Pelion 7 Lives, the warm reception from the owner was a delight after our long journey. (We live in northwest England and drove to Gatwick airport to fly to Volos.) We noticed straightaway how clean the place was and there were several little extras placed around which were above and beyond the norm. There is plenty of outside space for al fresco dining and a lovely outlook through trees to the church in the square below. It is a stones throw from the gigantic, ancient tree where you can sit and have a drink in the shade beneath it. Everything we needed to know was explained to us including interesting places and good restaurants to visit. Tsagarada has plenty to offer within walking distance but is still very traditional and unspoilt. We explored alot in the car also and found beautiful mountain villages with breathtaking views. There are beautiful beaches nearby too. Wildlife is all around and everywhere is very lush and green even in July. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pelion 7 Lives - it was just the tonic.
Beautiful apartment in the mountains with close access to amazing beaches. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need. The biggest highlight was the host who was very friendly and helpful. Modern kitchen and bathroom, cozy living room and 2 terraces outside to either sit in the sun or hide from it.
